We automate processes, using AI where it delivers real value.

We help you win back time, cut costs and grow what you do without growing the share of manual work. We build the solutions together with your team, so that in time you can develop further automations yourself.

Why AI projects so rarely reach production

In most companies the working day looks much the same: data moved by hand between systems, the same reports every week, knowledge scattered across inboxes and documents, answers written for the hundredth time.

The market answers this with “we'll deploy AI agents for you”. What usually comes out is an impressive prototype that nobody is using three months later.

There is a second trap. Even a deployment that does reach production can leave a company with a system nobody inside understands. Every change is a ticket to the vendor, every improvement another invoice. That is not a transformation. That is a new dependency.

The problem is rarely the technology. It is that nobody worked out where automation actually pays off — and nobody built it together with the people who do the work.

That is why we do not start with technology. We start with a question: where in your company are time, money or potential leaking away?

Self-reliance instead of dependency.

A good deployment leaves two things behind: a system that works, and people able to develop it. That is why we work with your team, not next to it.

From a question to a working solution. And further — to a team that builds on its own.

Four stages. Each ends with a concrete result and your decision on whether we go further. And one rule across all of them: we build with your people and leave skills behind — not just a working system.

01

who builds: us

Entry. Understand what pays off.

Two routes to the same result — pick the one closer to your company's culture:

Opportunity Scan our diagnosis: key processes, repetitive work, information flow, systems and data. We score every candidate the same way: value × feasibility × cost × risk.

a few days

Hands-on workshop your team learns automation and AI tools while working on their own processes. The opportunity map comes out of it along the way — and people stop fearing the change, because they are designing it themselves.

a few days

Result (on both routes): an opportunity map, a business case, a recommendation for the first pilot.

If automation does not pay off in your case, you will hear it from us plainly.

02

who builds: us + you

Pilot. Prove the effect on one process.

We pick one process with real potential and build a working solution on real data. Not a presentation. We build with your people, not next to them — they learn by building. We measure before and after: time, cost, number of errors, adoption.

a few weeks

Result: an answer to the question “does this work and does it pay off?” — backed by numbers.

03

who builds: you + us

Rollout. Turn the pilot into a system people trust.

Production deployment: integrations with your systems, permissions, data security, monitoring, cost control, error handling. This is the difference between a demo and a tool people reach for every day. And the handover of knowledge: your team understands how the solution works inside, and is able to maintain it.

Result: the solution as a permanent part of the process — not a project on the side.

04

who builds: you — us for the hard parts

Scale. Make the organisation self-reliant.

Further processes — increasingly built by your team, not by us. We grow the skills of your domain experts: training, working side by side, standards, a safe environment to build in. We stay where it is genuinely hard: architecture, security, governance and the most complex deployments. An organisation with skills of its own moves faster and cheaper — it does not queue for a vendor.

Result: an organisation that develops its own automations — with a partner for the hard parts, not a middleman on retainer.

Inside these stages we work with: process automation (n8n among others), AI agents and assistants, document processing, an organisation-wide knowledge layer, private and local models, lightweight apps built around a process. These are tools, not an offering — we match them to the problem.

Automate first. AI where it matters.

Not every task needs AI. Sometimes plain automation is enough. Sometimes it is an integration between two systems. And sometimes you need an agent with access to a dozen tools. We do not sell technology — we match it to the problem.

AI Second Brain

Your organisation's memory and context

Your company already holds enormous knowledge. The problem is that it is scattered: across people, inboxes, documents and systems.

AI Second Brain turns it into the organisation's memory — one that people, automations and AI agents all draw on.

An ordinary “chat with your documents” answers the question: what is in our files? Second Brain also answers: what we agreed with this client, why we made that decision, what has changed since, and what now needs action.

Before we give AI the ability to act, we give it your organisation's memory and context.

  1. Observe
  2. Understand
  3. Decide
  4. Act
  5. Remember

How we measure the effect

We do not close a project by saying “the agent works”. We close it with numbers:

TIME
How many hours a month the organisation won back.
COST
How far the cost of running the process fell.
QUALITY
How many fewer errors.
SCALE
How much more the company handles without growing the team.
ADOPTION
Whether people genuinely use it.
SELF-RELIANCE
How many further solutions your team has built without us.
