I help organizations bring order to their IT — and then scale it. My work spans everything from diagnosing broken processes and untangling legacy systems to building accountability, project governance, and modern, AI-assisted software delivery.

Over the years I've built IT structures from scratch, restructured departments in public and industrial organizations, and merged teams and processes after acquisitions. What sets me apart is the ability to take an organization from operational chaos to a working model of IT that's measurable, controllable — and actually accepted by the people who use it every day.

I combine business, management, and engineering perspectives, so the goal is never just "deploying tools," but giving leadership real control over priorities, quality, and cost. Lately, much of my focus is on AI adoption in software development — done in a controlled, specification-driven way, where AI genuinely boosts productivity without sacrificing quality.
